Growing up just outside of Toronto, Ontario, Ryan developed an interest in the Florida real estate market from a young age while visiting during his Christmas breaks. After attending McMaster University and meeting his soon-to-be business partner Emmanuel, Ryan embarked on an 8-year journey through the financial services industry. Known for his conviction in his stock picks and published weekly investing articles. Over the years, he slowly accumulated rental properties before deciding to venture off on his own.
Ryan is now a managing partner at Real Property Management Sunshine City, responsible for client experience and business development. Knowing that there is no one-size-fits-all approach, Ryan prides himself on being able to listen and develop unique strategies tailored to your specific needs. Having experienced the quirks and occasionally difficult dealings in the real estate world himself, he’ll make sure you’re learning and laughing along the way through your real estate journey.

As a managing partner with a robust background in property and asset management spanning both Canada and the US, Emmanuel brings a wealth of expertise to our company. Outside the boardroom, Emmanuel is an avid adventurer with a passion for working out, exploring new destinations, and soaking up the sun on beautiful beaches. Nova, his loyal German Shepherd, is a constant companion in these pursuits. Emmanuel embodies the energetic spirit that shapes our company’s approach to achieving success.

Samantha is a former kindergarten teacher from Toronto, turned real estate enthusiast in St. Petersburg, Florida. She has a passion for marketing and a love for interior design. When Samantha is not running her Airbnb properties or taking on new real estate ventures, you can find her in the outdoors, exploring and hiking with her dog Pepper and husband Ryan. As a member of the Real Property Management Sunshine City team, Samantha specializes in interior design, marketing strategies, and administration.
